Family Home Storage Potatoes

This month we are offering potatoes! The church has the finest dehydrated potatoes available. They may be purchased in two forms: Potato Flakes and Potato Pearls. The potato pearls have flavor that can compete with Grandma’s home-style mashed potatoes. The potato flakes are not quite as superior as the pearls but they are easier to reconstitute. You can take your pick or store a bit of each. The pearls come only in Mylar bags while the flakes come in #10 cans. Unless you are big mashed potato eaters, plan on using about one bag or #10 can to provide a two months supply for each family member. Please evaluate your family’s preferences and order accordingly so that you can enjoy a wide variety of meal options.
