Dry Pack Canning through FVHSC

Dry pack canning groups are handled monthly
through the WEPS
-
One stake order is sent to the FVHSC by the 1st
Thursday of each month
-
Wards are assigned to take turns sending 20-25
people (families, youth, children over 12) on the 2nd
Saturday of each month 9-11, to can the food and fill orders.
-
The canned food is taken back to Irvine and
distributed by the WEPS.
Portable
Dry Pack Canning:
The
portable dry pack canner will be available the following weeks so that
families may can items other than what is offered at the FVHSC:
2/15-19, 5/17-21, 8/16-20, 11/15-19.
